**Job Description**:

- Associate - Talent Acquisition IN
- Associate will predominantly work with and report into the Head Talent Acquisition and form a key part of the Talent Acquisition function. Alongside implementing the best in class talent acquisition strategized within an organization, ensuring that these strategies support the business objectives
- Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Requires a proven track record of in-depth management, technical and communication skills as well as extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Stakeholder management, influencing and team work skills ; Ability to influence and drive results within all levels of the organization
- Self-starter, self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task without missing deadlines
- Flexible and willingness to take on additional or changing responsibilities as the function grows or changes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exposure to workday
- Project Management experience would be preferred

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
