**About the Role**:
**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Work with Hiring Managers to create an active pool of open positions
- Hand-holding the manager and the shortlisted pool through the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled in within the requisite timeline
- Work on various projects regularly for constant process improvement and implementation of new programmes
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- Proven Talent Acquisition track record
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work well with the team
- High problem-solving skills

**Primary Responsibilities**:
