The Talent Acquisition Associate is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of almost thirty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK.

The Talent Acquisition Associate role is integral to our recruitment success in India. This person will provide full cycle recruitment support, communicate regularly with stakeholders and ensure that we attract top talent in the India market. This role is located in Mumbai and will report directly to our Talent Advisor for the APAC region

**You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics**:

- Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days.
- Pipeline Sourcing
- LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
- Interview to Offer ratio
- Offer acceptance rate

**What You'll Do**:

- Partner with key hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, source and hire top talent
- Execute creative recruitment strategies and manage full cycle recruitment for Client Service, Corporate and other operational roles
- Stay on top of talent market insights, competitor landscape and TA best practices
- Collaborate with HR Managers on salary proposals, benefits, office culture and potential offers
- Ensure data accuracy and comply with our TA metrics scorecard in order to report to business teams
- Work with our APAC and global TA teams to ensure the consistent standards across all offices
- Represent Guidepoint with integrity and professionalism by speaking authentically about our mission

**What You Have**:

- 1-3 years valuable and relevant recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Exposure to high volume hiring
- Developed experience in influencing
- Comfortable in working with a high degree of ambiguity
- Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
- Proven excellence in project management
- Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally fluent in English is necessary
