**TA associate /HR executive (TA)**

**Location Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Team size 10**

**Reporting to Sr. manager HR**

**Workweek: 6 Days**

**Office times : 10 to 7**

**Experience req : 6 months to 3 yrs**

**Professionals staying in thane, navi mumbai preffered**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment**, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as **job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing** to identify top talent.
- Maintain and update **recruitment databases** and generate hiring reports as needed.
- Stay updated with **industry trends** and best practices in recruitment.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **6 months to 3 years of experience** in talent acquisition, preferably handling Sales profiles.
- Strong knowledge of **sourcing techniques** (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
- Ability to manage **multiple job openings** efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with an **attention to detail**.
- Experience working with **ATS (Applicant Tracking System)** is a plus.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and dynamic environment**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
