As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.
- ** Screening and Shortlisting**:

- ** Coordination and Scheduling**:

- ** Data Management**:

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records in the HRMS system (Zimyo) to track applicant progress and hiring metrics.
- ** Employer Branding**:

- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media posts and recruitment events to promote MGB as an employer of choice.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives and career fairs to attract emerging talent.
- ** Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive all necessary information and support during the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure new joiners are integrated smoothly into the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Proficient in using HRMS systems (experience with Zimyo preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
