We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to be at the forefront of ”The Coworking Revolution” that will be the future of workspace.

A co-working space provider builds the physical space in which a sharing community exists. Coworking is already popular among boutique firms and start-ups today and is seeing rapid adoption from corporates. It offers flexibility without tying up capital to a lease obligation. interest in small, optimally serviced workspaces, in premium locations is increasing.

**About the Role**:
**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Work with Hiring Managers to create an active pool of open positions
- Hand-holding the manager and the shortlisted pool through the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled in within the requisite timeline
- Work on various projects regularly for constant process improvement and implementation of new programmes
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- Proven Talent Acquisition track record
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work well with the team
- High problem-solving skills

**Primary Responsibilities**:
