**Role Description**

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience who have excellent written and communication skills. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for positions involving cutting-edge Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in headhunting for key roles.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Stay updated on trends and technologies within the Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Suggest improvements to the recruiting process based on data and feedback.
- Assist in recruiting for non-technical and operations roles as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud, AI, Oracle, and Salesforce technologies.
- A passion for technology and the ability to stay current with industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
