As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our team and drive customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Segment customer database based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history to personalize communication and marketing campaigns.

Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.

Experience with Shopify is a must.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
