**Job Title: CRM ExecutiveJob Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized **CRM Executive** to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for implementing customer-focused strategies, improving customer engagement, enhancing retention, and ensuring that customer data is effectively captured and leveraged.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Manage customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key CRM metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and promotions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities to enhance the CRM process.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and technology to improve strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar role in marketing and customer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with customer analytics tools.
- Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
