**Job Description: BDE - Outbound Sales Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product Introduction: Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients, explaining features and benefits to address their needs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads, address objections, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Excel Sheet/Google Sheet/CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Knowledge of IT products or services is a plus.
**Desired Skills**:
- Extroverted and enthusiastic personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor pitches to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
