**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our digital marketing agency, you will be pivotal in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the agency's success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Industry Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
