**Position**: Sales Associate (Female Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our team. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as driving new orders through effective follow-up strategies. Your primary focus will be on guiding clients through our exquisite collection of jewelry, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in-person and via communication channels.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively follow up with clients to secure new orders and drive sales growth.
- Showcase our stunning jewelry collection to prospective clients, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and style.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including order processing and inventory management.
- Attend meetings with clients to showcase new products and discuss their preferences and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
