Role Description
This is a contract role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, offering tailored tour packages, and providing excellent customer service. This hybrid role is based in Surat, Gujarat, with some flexibility for work from home. The position involves achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales & Customer Service skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to generate and close sales leads, customer relationship management
- Travel Industry knowledge: Familiarity with travel packages, itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) travel services
- Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure excellent service delivery
- Technical skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, flexible to travel as needed
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field is a plus
