**About the Company**

**Position**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Surat-Mota Varachha
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting to**: Sales Manager / Business Head

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new customers in **polymer, rubber goods, plastics, and infrastructure industries**.
- Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial buyers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new segments, competitors, and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with production/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in **Business / Marketing / Polymer / Chemical Engineering** (preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience** in industrial sales (rubber, polymers, plastics, recycling, or related fields).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and industrial customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
