Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Outbound Sales ExecutiveLocation: Surat ( Mota Varachha )Experience: 0 –1 years ( Full Time )

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients with a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
