Job Description - Executive Assistant (2 to 3 Years Experience)

**Experience**: 2 - 3 Years
**Location**: Peenya, Bengaluru
**Department**: Administration / Management Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and executives.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and manage official documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and workshops.
- Manage office supplies, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
