Overview: A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing
administrative support at the Bangalore office along with leading the travel desk.

1. Effective and efficient office administration.
2. Support for high priority logístical needs of the office
3. Effective management of databases and office budget
**Key Activities**
1. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
3. Maintain and update office databases
4. Arrange travel and accommodations

3. Mission driven, enthusiastic and optimistic - committed to transformation.
4. 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced administrative support role supporting multiple executives
5.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented.
6. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
