We are looking for a reliable
Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of the company and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Key perk is being able work from home. Travel required to support any key activities and events as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities in the smooth running of the day to day functions.
- Support hiring, time reporting.
- Request, collate and submit timely reports to management.
- Prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues in gathering information, scheduling, tracking, monitoring of activities and deliverables.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
**Academic Qualifications, Certifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree, any applicable IT and Accounting certificates or degree.
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of websites and website development.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
