We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as an Admin and Student Counsellor.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office operations and providing administrative support to various departments. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting letters, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, if required.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Coordinate and organize events, workshops, and seminars related to student support services.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students on various academic, personal, and career-related issues.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office security and confidentiality.
- As an admin, you will be responsible for scheduling new batches and communicating the schedule to students and trainers. You will need to ensure that everyone is aware of the schedule and that any changes are communicated promptly.
- You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily batch classes. This involves ensuring that trainers are available and that students are informed of the schedule.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree is preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
