**About Us**:
We are a growing online store specializing in premium and stylish phone covers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Customer Sales Executive** to join our team and ensure an excellent customer experience while boosting sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clear doubts and guide customers in selecting the right product.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication.
- Resolve issues related to returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and order details.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer support/sales (E-commerce preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.
- Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and manage CRM tools efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms will be a plus.
