We’re expanding our digital presence across multiple e-commerce platforms and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Executive** to support our growth across **Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho**.

**Role Overview**

As an Ecommerce Executive, you’ll manage and optimize product listings, promotions, inventory, and sales performance across all major platforms. You’ll play a key role in executing our digital strategy, improving store performance, and ensuring seamless operations across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace & Shopify Management**
- Maintain and update product listings on **Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho** with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords.
- Ensure consistency in branding, product information, and customer experience across all platforms.
- Monitor platform performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, and product ranking.

**2. Order & Inventory Management**
- Track and manage inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and fulfillment.
- Set and manage low-stock alerts and reorder points.

**3. Promotions & Campaign Support**
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific offers.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust listings or offers based on results.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotions with ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.

**4. Customer Experience & Support**
- Monitor customer reviews, questions, and feedback across platforms and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues.
- Leverage customer feedback to improve product listings and enhance customer satisfaction.

**5. Data Reporting & Analysis**
- Track platform analytics (e.g., sales, traffic, AOV, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify trends, best-selling products, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and e-commerce trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **1-3 years** of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with **Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho**.
- Working knowledge of platform dashboards, order management systems, and inventory tools.
- Basic understanding of product listing optimization and keyword usage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
