About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Executive** to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. This role will focus on ensuring smooth customer experience through timely support, order confirmation, cart recovery, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call customers for **order confirmation** to reduce returns and cancellations.
- Track and recover **abandoned carts** through timely follow-ups, reminders, and communication.
- Manage **NDR (Non-Delivery Reports)** by coordinating with logistics partners and customers to ensure redelivery.
- Work with operations and support teams to provide quick **resolutions** for complaints, refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
- Share insights on recurring issues and assist in improving customer experience processes.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in **ecommerce operations, customer service, or support roles**.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving approach.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
