Are you an e-commerce whiz with a passion for success and a growth mindset? **Luxury Kase**, an iPhone case store, is looking for a dedicated and skilled **E-commerce Executive** to join our team
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving our product strategy and online sales across various platforms. If you have a proven track record in identifying winning products, managing effective ad campaigns, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Research & Selection**: Proactively identify and research high-demand, profitable iPhone case products that align with the Luxury Kase brand.
- **Product Listing & Optimization**: Create compelling product listings on our chosen online portals, including **Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho**, optimizing for search visibility and conversion.
- **Ad Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
- **ROAS Maintenance**: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- **Order Fulfillment & Logistics Oversight**: Oversee the dropshipping process and coordinate logistics, ensuring timely order processing and maintaining a high delivery percentage across all platforms.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Proactively address customer inquiries, manage expectations, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on sales, ROAS, and customer feedback.
- **Growth Mindset**: Stay updated with industry trends, experiment with new strategies, and actively contribute to the overall growth of Luxury Kase.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of the dropshipping model.
- **In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is essential.**:
- Demonstrable success in identifying winning products and generating online sales.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS.
- Strong understanding of online sales funnels and the customer journey.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow with our business.
