**Job Title: Senior Executive - Ecommerce**

**Location
- Motinagar**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Executive in Ecommerce** to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our online sales and customer experience. You will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at increasing our e-commerce revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving overall business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Operations**: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory upload and management, and order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth. This includes sales generation through various channels, including our website, as well as third-party platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon.
- **Product Catalog Management**: Oversee the maintenance and expansion of our online product catalog. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and product descriptions.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Implement user-friendly navigation, optimize product search functionality, and ensure a secure and hassle-free checkout process.
- **Digital Marketing Collaboration**: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- **Inventory Management**: Upload and manage inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring product availability, accurate stock levels, and timely updates.
- **Third-Party Platforms**: Manage our presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Optimize listings, monitor performance, and drive sales growth on these platforms.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to customers with inquiries, concerns, or issues related to online purchases. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- **E-commerce Technology**: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies. Identify and implement innovative tools and features to improve the online shopping experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure alignment in achieving e-commerce goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and management
- Proficiency in using e-commerce analytics tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 5 years (preferred)
