**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The role involves managing office tasks, coordinating with teams, and providing administrative support to management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence (both physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
