**Location**: Ballygunge, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹16,500 (in-hand) + Attractive Incentives
**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing EdTech company specializing in live online courses on occult sciences. We’re looking for a **Customer Service Coordinator**to ensure a seamless experience for our domestic and international learners, guiding them through a smooth and supportive learning journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle student queries and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Moderate live and online classes, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Audit classes by staying attentive and reporting any issues to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, tech support) to resolve escalations.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with timely responses.
- Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; additional languages a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior customer service or tele-calling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
