We are looking for an outstanding full-time Service Coordinator to own the responsibilities for directing and managing schedules for service desk and field services professionals for clients throughout the region.

**How do you spend one day in this position?**

Service Coordinator works with support engineers, installation engineers, proactive support engineers, and pre-sales engineers to drive customer daily support, change, installation or inquiry requests from customers and internal stakeholders to completion.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire logistics process, including raising airway bills, tracking shipments, and booking return shipments.
- Act as a primary communication point for resolving customer issues, coordinating responses with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate on-site work with vendors and customers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared for scheduled activities.
- Handle all necessary back office paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and service records are updated and accessible.
- Maintain comprehensive service records, ensuring all service data is accurately recorded and compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration from reputable university,
- Have a similar experience as a call center agent,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Interpersonal skills such as phone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care,
- Attention to detail is a must,
- Understand and be able to perform basic troubleshooting,
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel,
- Effective problem identification and solution skills,
- Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
