**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure seamless client servicing. The role involves managing sales operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to drive overall business efficiency and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team with **order processing, quotations, proposals, and reporting**.
- Coordinate with **clients, vendors, and internal departments** to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain **sales records, databases, and documentation** with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track **sales targets, orders, and delivery schedules** to ensure timely execution.
- Deliver **excellent customer service** through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Graduate in **Business, Marketing, or related field**.
- **4-5 years of proven experience** in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**; CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong **communication, organizational, and multitasking skills**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
