**JOB ROLE**:Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
**1. Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and sales representatives.
**2. Order Processing**:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
**3. Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate sales updates and information to the relevant stakeholders.
**4. Sales Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Generate and distribute sales reports.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer profiles.
**5. Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Manage calendars and schedules to optimize the efficiency of the sales team.
**6. Customer Service**:
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
**7. Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to track and manage stock.
**8. Data Analysis**:
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights to the sales team.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
**9. Training and Onboarding**:
- Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members.
- Provide training on sales processes and systems.
**10. Event Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions.
**11. Technology Proficiency**:
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant tools to manage sales-related data.
**12. Problem Resolution**:
- Identify and resolve issues related to sales processes, orders, and customer inquiries.
Overall, the Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently, and customer needs are met effectively. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
