**Job Summary**:
The Service Coordinator for Product Installation & On-Time Service will be responsible for ensuring that product installations are scheduled, coordinated, and completed on time. This role involves managing service appointments, coordinating with field teams, handling customer communications, and ensuring the timely delivery of services to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaboration with Field Technicians
- Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback
- Billing and Invoicing

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or related roles (1-3 years).
- Knowledge of product installation processes and service timelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling/dispatch software.
- Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure service delivery within set timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
