**Job Summary**

**The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and coordination between clients and internal departments. The role involves managing administrative tasks, tracking sales performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting with the implementation of sales strategies.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**:
**Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client communication.**

**Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other required documentation.**

**Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.**

**Customer Relationship Management**:
**Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and updates.**

**Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.**

**Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.**

**Coordination and Communication**:
**Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.**

**Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales team travel arrangements.**

**Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotions.**

**Sales Performance Tracking**:
**Monitor and report on key sales metrics and targets.**

**Assist in forecasting and inventory management based on sales trends.**

**Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.**

**Administrative Tasks**:
**Maintain records of sales documents, agreements, and invoices.**

**Process purchase orders and manage billing-related tasks.**

**Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities.**

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**

**Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.**

**Skills**:
**Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.**

**Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**
