Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and customers regarding products and services

Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Share product details, offers, and promotions in a convincing and friendly manner

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions

Explain technical products like power weeders, brush cutters, sprayers, etc. (Training will be provided)

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and closures

Answer customer queries, solve minor issues, and escalate when needed

**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Fluent in Hindi, Bengali and basic English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in working with targets and telecalling volumes

Prior experience in telecalling/sales support is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
