**Job Description: Sales Coordinator**
**Location**: Howrah, West Bengal
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Handle inquiries from customers and provide product/service information.
- **Order Management**:

- Process orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up on payment collections and outstanding dues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and payment transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to the management.
- Keep track of sales targets and achievements.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and compliant.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
