Receptionist and Customer Service Representative

- Must be proficient in handling customer issues faced and coordinating with internal team to solve such queries.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and concern.
- Provide feedback to the Team Leader.
- Preparing inbound and outbound call reports.
- Escalating customer complaints to the right level.
- Responsible for effectively handle the existing customer inquiries and develop new business by marking leads and informing sales team.
- Attend walk-in customers and solve their queries.
- Drive cross-sell of other financial products to existing customers.
- Ensure customer callings as per CRM leads and update in system.
- Take feedback from existing customers and obtain references to increase customer base.
- Ensure strong follow up for collection of small dues from customers.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and at the same time looking after the reception as to dispatch the daily correspondence, allow and greet the visitors.

- Must be proficient in handling customer issue.
- Must be proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Must have customer centric approach.
- Liaison & communicate with existing customer regarding the service issue or any other concern related to the product.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and concern.
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Knowledge of financial services industry
**Salary-**
Rs. 15,000/- per month.
