**Position Overview**:
The Receptionist at our Fintech Company serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.
- Ensure all visitors adhere to security protocols and sign-in procedures.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Technology Use**:

- Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fintech terminology and industry practices is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
