Outbound Sales - Lead Generation Executive
Position Overview:
We're looking for ambitious Lead Generation Executives to join our top-performing team. You'll be instrumental in boosting revenue and broadening our client base. This role offers a chance to demonstrate your tech passion and sales skills, driving significant success for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects, understanding their business challenges and positioning our IT solutions as vital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to execute targeted lead generating campaigns.
- Cultivate strong prospect relationships, guiding them through the sales funnel effectively.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition, setting us apart in a competitive market.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably in IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with a drive for results, exceeding targets.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
