Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers for our SaaS product/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong ability to engage and nurture potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads through outbound efforts (cold calling and emails, LinkedIn and Data portals.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Conduct discovery calls and set quality appointments.
  • Not Must - Experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to sales qualified lead would be an added advantage.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, buyer objections, and competitive insights.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients, introducing our SaaS product/services and value proposition.
  • Qualify prospects based on company criteria and schedule appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Research and identify potential clients through lead databases, LinkedIn, and other data sources.
  • Overcome objections and build rapport with prospects to generate interest in our SaaS solution.
  • Maintain and update CRM with call notes, lead status, and follow-up tasks.
  • Follow a structured sales script while also personalizing conversations for better engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in outbound B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales (preferably for SaaS or tech-related products).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach.
  • Sales Mindset: Ability to handle objections, stay persistent, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using SaaS products, services, sales tools, and conducting product demonstrations if needed.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
  • Availability: Flexible work hours to accommodate different US time zones, if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Freshers with Very Good English communiction skills ONLY
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based services.
  • Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and B2B sales processes.
  • Previous experience in industries like Healthcare, SaaS, Automotive, HR tech, FinTech, CRM, or Marketing automation software is a plus.
