Associate Appointment Setter

Institute of Quantum Marketing is an EdTech organization , we are expanding our franchise / partner network, and need motivated junior staff to set appointments with potential franchise partners (businesses/institutions) to help grow our reach.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for outreach to businesses and institutions, qualifying them, and booking meetings / appointments for our senior Franchise Development / Sales team. This is a junior role, ideal for someone with good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. You will be the first point of contact and help build the pipeline for franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls (cold / warm) to prospective franchise partners/institutions/businesses.
Reach out via phone, email, and possibly LinkedIn or other channels to initiate contact.
Qualify leads based on set criteria: decision‑making authority, interest, readiness, budget, location, etc.
Schedule appointments / meetings for senior/franchise sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach, call outcomes, appointments scheduled, follow‑ups, no‑shows etc., in CRM or sales tools.
Follow up with leads to confirm meetings, send reminders.
Use scripts and guidelines, but adapt as needed for better engagement.
Meet appointment setting targets: daily / weekly / monthly quotas.
Provide feedback on common objections, lead quality, and possible improvements in scripts or outreach strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and possibly local languages, depending on region).
Basic experience in tele‑calling, customer service, inside sales, or similar roles is a plus (but freshers can also apply if they are motivated).
Comfort with making cold calls and handling rejection / objections.
Good listening skills; ability to ask relevant questions to assess lead suitability.
Organized, punctual, able to manage follow‑ups, record keeping.
Ability to work with CRM or similar tools (or willingness to learn).
Self‑motivated, disciplined, able to work under supervision, taking feedback.
Desired / Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in a B2B context, ideally with institutions or businesses.
Familiarity with EdTech or education institutions / franchising.
Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
Good negotiation or persuasion skills.
Performance Metrics & KPIs
Number of outbound calls / outreach per day
Number of leads qualified per week/month
Number of appointments set / meetings scheduled per week/month
Percentage of appointments that convert (show up)
Quality of leads (feedback from sales / franchise team)
Consistency in maintaining records / CRM data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
