**Responsibilities**
Join our dynamic Direct Sales Team and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new customers. As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with SME's and MNC's and advise them, providing them with valuable suggestions/consultation, and presenting them with the right solution for their business. You will be in contact with different companies from different sectors on a daily basis, in addition to learning a lot on how companies from a wide range of different industries operate. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Sai Ying Pun.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Handle entire sales cycle without prospecting new customers
- Analyse, Strategize and Penetrate international/Domestic market for selling ERP Services by taking a base of home-grown leads.
- Will take care of social media profiling and communications.
- Pitch Odoo Management Software to SMEs who are unsatisfied with their current tools.
- Analyse customers' business needs, activities and pain points
- Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration/POCs of the software in coordination with presales team
- Coordinate between Customer and Pre-sales Consultant/Solution Architect for doing effort estimation and proposal building.
- Give inputs to Lead Generation team about the market trends going on in market as per the experience you are getting during client interactions.
- Negotiation and closing
- Post sales for recurring business from same client
- Should be confident enough to communicate various services like erp implementation, upgrade and rollouts, support, third-party integrations, Skill augmentation, training and mentorship of client’s inhouse team.

**MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor degree, or higher
- Bilingual (English + an APAC language)
- Excellent communication skill, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets
