**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our sales team, focusing on selling our cutting-edge ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions tailored specifically for the manufacturing industry. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads to drive sales growth. Your persuasive communication skills, product knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Proactively research and identify potential manufacturing clients who could benefit from our ERP solutions. Source leads through various channels including online research, databases, and industry events.
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our ERP solutions and understanding their business needs and pain points.
**Product Presentation**: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our ERP solutions, demonstrating how they align with the manufacturing client's requirements.
**Solution Consultation**: Engage in consultative conversations to understand the unique challenges faced by each client. Provide tailored solutions and address objections effectively.
**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads by following up on initial interactions and consistently delivering value through insightful conversations.
**Lead Nurturing**: Manage and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and keeping detailed records of all interactions.
**Collaboration**: Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance your understanding of the manufacturing ERP landscape.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Knowledge or interest in the manufacturing industry and ERP solutions is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
