Required - Inside Sales Executive for ERP Solutions.
Experience: - 1+ Year in inside sales, preferably within the ERP sector.
Job Location: - Noida (Sector - 63).
Job Mode: - ON SITE (WFO) Only.
Job Salary Budget: - 3 LPA.
Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: - 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably within the ERP sector.
Communication Skills: - Strong verbal communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefits of our ERP software clearly.
Technical Knowledge: - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or similar business software is highly beneficial. Basic understanding of IT products and services is advantageous.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. Attributes: - Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and contributing to team success.
Job Position Overview:
- As an Inside Sales Executive/Manager focusing on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, converting prospects into loyal customers, and promoting our ERP software. Your role will involve engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored ERP solutions to enhance their business operations.
Job Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Product Presentation:
- Clearly and effectively present the features, benefits, and value of our ERP software to potential customers, emphasizing how it can improve their business operations and efficiency.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Consulting:
- Use a consultative approach to understand the unique requirements of each prospect and align the appropriate ERP solution to meet their specific needs.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Oversee the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
Follow-up and Nurturing:
Database and CRM Management:
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer information in the CRM system, utilizing CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales objectives.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including progress towards targets, challenges, and opportunities.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
