Role Overview:
Holistic Platfotm Development: Lead the creation and execution of our tech platform, ensuring we incorporate the ground feedback and adhere to the pinnacle of quality and relevance. This involves rolling up your sleeves and building things from scratch.

Leadership and Mentorship: Impart wisdom and guidance to our team, students, and community members, fostering a growth mindset and entrepreneurial zeal. Lead by example with a get-things-done attitude and a passion for execution.

Partnership Building: Forge and sustain strategic alliances with educational institutions, industry magnates, and other pivotal stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to unearth trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, thereby informing strategic decisions and programmatic innovations.

Qualifications:
Proven entrepreneurial acumen with a distinguished track record of launching and scaling successful ventures.

Experience on the product side with a blue collar recruitment/referral portal

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving prowess, with an innate ability to identify and seize new opportunities.

A strong get-things-done attitude, with the ability to build from scratch and love the process of creation.

Exemplary leadership and mentorship capabilities, coupled with a fervent passion for education and innovation.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building robust relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.

Capacity to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic startup milieu and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.

An unwavering desire to build rather than manage, with a relevant and entrepreneurial mindset.

Hands-On Approach: Must have an attitude to participate in any activity related to work rather than trying to manage things from a distance. We are not looking for managers; we are looking for doers.
