This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational excellence to drive key initiatives and work closely with leadership to bring bold ideas to life.-Partner with the leadership team to identify and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across categories and business verticals.- Lead problem-solving for critical business challenges - from category growth and pricing strategy to new opportunity assessment.- Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover new trends, customer insights, and whitespace opportunities.- Translate insights into actionable business plans and own execution end-to-end, ensuring measurable impact.- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic projects.- Build and implement frameworks for business performance tracking, process improvement, and operational excellence.- Drive innovation and experimentation, using data and agility to validate new ideas and approaches.- Represent a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset - balancing analytical depth with execution 4-9 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Category Management, or Entrepreneurship.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, unstructured environments.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in data interpretation and structured communication.- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills; able to influence without authority.- Entrepreneurial mindset - ownership, bias for action, curiosity, and a love for solving open-ended problems.- Exposure to consumer tech, D2C, or IoT industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
