- We are hiring a high-potential Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives across strategy, growth, and new business verticals.- This role is ideal for a future founder or CXO looking for hands-on experience in building, scaling, and operating a fast-growing startup.- You will lead zero-to-one projects, solve critical business problems, and gain 360- exposure to leadership decision-making.- This is a launchpad role for individuals with strong analytical acumen, a founder mindset, and a bias for action.Key Responsibilities:1. Own and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives (from idea to MVP to scale)2. Identify new business/product opportunities and design go-to-market strategies3. Deep-dive into data and business metrics to identify growth levers and bottlenecks4. Collaborate with business, product, tech, growth, and operations teams to drive outcomes5. Design and execute experiments across marketing, sales, or user experience6. Step in wherever needed - Business launch, product launch, P&L, hiring, partnerships, or Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1 college2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in startups, consulting, VC, or strategy roles3. Proven track record of taking initiatives to execution with measurable outcomes4. Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking5. Strong communication and storytelling skills - both verbal and written6. High comfort with data (Excel, SQL, dashboards) and ambiguity7. Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end execution8. Startup DNA: Hustle, ownership, urgency, and resourcefulnessNice to Have:1. Prior experience in early-stage ventures, 0- 1 product environments, or fundraising2. Exposure to edtech, B2C tech, or growth-stage startups3. Understanding of product management or no-code tools (e. , Notion, Figma, Webflow)4. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, your prior experience as a founder will empower you to lead strategic initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and potentially build your next venture within our ecosystem.
