**About the Role**
We are looking for** two Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) **to join our team:

- **Early-Stage** EIR (**2-4 years** of experience).
- **Experienced **EIR (**4-5 years** of experience).

Both roles offer a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, tackle critical business challenges, and shape Probo's strategic direction in the emerging information markets space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Problem-Solving**: Develop actionable solutions for high-priority challenges and lead execution.
- **Product Development**:Design, build, and scale innovative features in collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams.
- **Data Insights**: Analyze data to inform decisions and optimize performance across key metrics.
- **Market Research**: Identify industry trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
- **Category Leadership**: Drive initiatives to position Probo as the leader in the information markets space.
- **Strategic Execution**:Collaborate with leadership to execute high-impact projects with long-term vision.
- **Partnerships & Growth**: Identify and drive new business models, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**:

- **Early**-Stage EIR**:2-4 years **in consulting, product management, or high-growth startups.
- **Experienced** EIR**:4-5 years** in consulting, problem solving, strategy, or leadership roles at product-centric companies.

**Skills**:

- Strong **analytical** skills and experience with **data-backed** decision-making.
- **Problem-solving** mindset with a creative approach to new challenges.
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership abilities across diverse teams.

**Mindset**:

- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about building in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
