- Implement customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.

- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
