**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Planning strategies for customer care and conflict resolution.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
- Staying updated with the latest ways to retain customers.

**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in working as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar role in the Customer Service department.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, South East - 110019, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 2 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
