**Full Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.**

**2. Handle the chat process and promptly answer the queries of the customers over Mail, Chat, Call, what’s app and social media. Providing the right information.**

**3. Raising a ticket for every query and coordinating with internal teams for the solution and taking regular updates.**

**4. Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database.**

**5. Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer’s feel supported and valued.**

**6. Communicates with other departments to answer customer’s inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs**

**Skill and Competencies**:
**- Good communication skills (written and verbal)**

**- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Having 2 Years of working experience in Customer Care.**

**- Ability to concentrate follow customer’s issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response**

**- Work successfully in a team environment
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.**

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 to 15000 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Executive (preferred)
- total work experience - 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
