**Role Overview**
As a **Customer Care Executive**, you will be the voice of the company—responsible for managing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through timely and effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve product/service-related queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a call center is an advantage but not mandatory.
