S3Connections Pvt Ltd are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with **expertise in Integration of ATS/Job Boards ( Bullhorn, Salesforce, Job Diva, Ceipal Etc) **As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on managing and optimizing the ATS system. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of our staffing industry technology environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary administrator for the Bullhorn system, responsible for its configuration, customization, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding the Bullhorn platform, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Customize and develop Bullhorn features, workflows, and reports to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the system remains aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage data integrity and security within the Bullhorn system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information while maintaining compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and training for staff members.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Bullhorn and associated IT systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Liaise with Bullhorn support and other technology vendors, managing relationships, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and protocols, including user access controls, data backup and recovery, and disaster recovery procedures, to protect sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, specifically with in-depth knowledge of Bullhorn within the staffing industry.
- Familiarity with integration and automation techniques to connect Bullhorn with other business systems.

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
